Well done, very good explanation and illustration. Two notes: 1. IgM mostly present as pentamer, it is better to draw it as pentamer. 2. In the control line anti- Rabbit IgG will bind to the Fc region (not Fab region) of labeled rabbit IgG. Regards,

Yes ... If infection has created patches on any side of your lung it can be detected..

Obviously symptoms can't be seen in CT symptoms should show up outside.. I was tested positive without showing symptoms.. my ct says there is virus In my body, later my antibody test showed the same as my ct, my rt pcr was tested negative as I don't have "flu" symptoms
I came positive with this test 😁
