This was the first major documentary on the history of Coronation Street. It featured an extensive interview with the creator Tony Warren on the streets of Salford intercut with archive clips and interviews with members of the public who gave their opinions and memories of characters and storylines over the previous 25 years.
And, yes, there was a Coronation Street Appreciation Society at the University of Cambridge! It's a lovely documentary and I'm thrilled to have it, and share it on here.
