It wasn’t a misunderstanding. Maria told Rank that she had a boyfriend. Then, Maria tried to get up and Rank pushed her back down onto the sofa.

I can't picture Andrew Lancel as evil, I can only see him as Neil Manson from The Bill!

The weird thing is at the very begining of this clip, Frank seemed genuinely upset and very reasonable, saying she could grow to love him (which does happen in some cases) and it was afterwards that he got unreasonable, aggressve, violent etc. I was very surprised when I first saw this because despite what happened with Maria, I never expected him to do that.

Carla had every right to go the police and he would have been found guilty if he and his mother had not manipulated the jury - what Carla did wrong was to have an affair with Peter because not only was that unfair on Leanne but it enabled Frank to get away with his crimes. @@Sam_Brunt

It's Anne. She lost her husband due to Franks lies, he wanted her out of his life after he won. She had nothing, but if she killed Frank - she could have the factory, that's why she's so obsessed with the contract.

I really really don't know how much there gonna put this character threw

this was a very upsetting story line but is true to real life. It is played out so well by all the actors. Unfortunatley this oftern happens in real life. You do question the justice system.

not only did Frank attack Carla he referred to her as a hard faced cow that was just totally uncalled-for
