hi i am staying here in april can you give me an up to date honest opinion of the place, would be appreciated, i dont expect to to be the ritz but have found mixed reviews so would appreciate an honest review from someone like yourself who has recently been there, is it quiet early in the morning and are the rooms clean? much appreciated
