I do like the Urea Products you're right a bit pricey but it's worth the pain free

Thanks for sharing this valuable information Dr. Frankfather! I have all the resources on hand to self-treat my issues: foot file, Urea20, and recently purchase EpSoak with a foot tub. I'm always shopping online for shoes and insoles and spare no expense. I record 11K plus steps a night as a contract custodian working alone overnight at two extensions of the local hospital, and my feet feel like they are about to catch fire when I finish after 7-8 hours of constant motion. I love my job. I was employed throughout the pandemic, and it pays better than most people think. I'm so focused at work that I don't notice the hurt until I'm done. Just old school foot care is what I need to be doing daily without fail.

Corn operation was done on the palm of my right foot. It happened again a month later. What is the permanent solution?

I use a rolled up piece of 80 grit sandpaper on my large calluses. It works well, partially because the extra dead skin will sand off into dust where the healthy soft skin will not. So it works as a guide.

My 8 yrs old callus finally gone...i've tried almost everything but it keeps on coming back..finally..by using duct tape and homemade padding from yoga mat (splitted into two)..first, trim the callus as thin as possible and apply moisturizer on it so it dosent dried up so quickly forming hard top layer again..cover it every day for 5 days ( make sure to clean it everyday and cover it again). No need to put hole on the padding..just keep it flat..make sure you dont feel the pain when using the paddding..if u still feel the pain, adjust the thickness of the padding. Make sure to moisturize the callus by using vaseline before sleeping..and cover it. Good luck!

It's almost 2 years of pandemic and I never wear shoes or anything tight (even socks) 98% of the time since I am just at home. But why are my corns on my finger toes keep coming back harder and bigger even after I removed it and moisturized it?

Because your not wearing anything that protects your feet that’s why, no house shoes no socks or anything 98% of the time? The corns were bound to bounce back

What is the difference between a corn and a callus?

I believe corns are in-between the toes as a skin build up, callus's are a build up on the end of the toes from constant rubbing or friction. Callus's though harden the skin but corns do not.

  • @afacctennessee

Calluses are dense, hardened portions of skin that have formed due to constant strain, pressure, irritation, or agitation. Calluses typically form on the sides and soles of the feet. A corn is actually a type of callus. Corns usually show up on the smooth, thin portions of the foot’s skin - like the top of the foot and toes.

I wonder if y’all 2 with the really long term have a wart? I just found out that warts are viruses and they dig down through all the skin levels. I know that a good antiviral is ivermectin.
