    I get frustrated not being able to understand, so I looked up a translation once. It's heavy stuff, very spiritual.

    I heard the song and saw the video just ONCE and it drove me nuts that they never showed what the band name and the title of the song was. So for the better part of 20 years I could only describe it as the "Durrbay-julaahl" Two years go by and I'm watching MTV's alternative nation and they had "Sleep on the left side" and I went "Hey that's the bloke from the Durrbay-Juhlaahl song." So now I had the name of the band: Cornershop but I still had no idea what the title of that awesome "Durrbay-Juhlaal" song was. Fast forwards 20 years, KZread has come to be and at one evening I was going "Let's look up the bands of the nineties." And for some reason I went "I HAVE to find out what that Durrbay-Juhlaahl song is. So I started looking for Cornershop music videos but I didn't find that video that I saw back then. So I basically put all of the the songs I found in a playlist, hoping that it was among them. And when "Jullander Shere" started to play I went "THAT'S it!" I finally found the "Durrbay-Juhlaahl" song. Not soon afterward, I sourced the "Woman's got to have it" CD and I could hear the song in it's full brilliance. As for this live performance, "Epic" wouldn't do it justice. The band just takes you on a journey, you simply don't want to end.

    Great story! I was in a Head Shop in Cormwall in about 1972, I was 10, and I heard a fantastic song with jangling 12-string acoustic guitars and wailing lead, and the refrain _"and when you think you've got it all, you haven't got a thing"._ Almost 50 years later I have a huge collection of progressive rock but never found that song, or the band. The next time I was in Cornwall was in 1999 for the eclipse, and that shop was an ice cream parlour. If only I had not been so shy in 1972 and asked the pretty girls who the song was by. {:-:-:}

    Some dj needs to mix this song with Beck's Derelict for maximum psychedelic effect . Such similar drum and keys would make it a great match

    I believe it was but Chanel 4 commissioned a number of live performances to film at the Astoria throughout the summer of 1995 and screened them under the name "The Beat"
