Corner Solutions with Indifference Curves
In this video I give some intuition as to how standard utility assumptions ensure an interior solution for the utility maximization problem. I then show how letting indifference curves touch one axis can lead to corner solutions, using a discussion of the MRS and the budget constraint. This video is appropriate for an intermediate microeconomics course.

Not right off the top of my head. Any math-heavy microeconomics book should deal with corner solutions. Whether or not they are illustrated just depends. I was just going off script with this one.
