Great sermon. Got to share the gospel with the gal who cut my hair last week. Seemed like the whole salon got really quiet during our exchange so a few other people no doubt heard the gospel, too. It was a good exchange. Not easy, but good. I stood firm on biblical truths while she resorted to subjective, "truth-is-within" arguments. She had some questions about the Bible and Jesus that I was able to answer, which a couple years ago would have scared me into quitting the conversation. She was actually receptive to the Biblical counter arguments/answers and it gave her pause. I pray that she will soon decide to follow Christ. I thank God for that encounter and that she didn't intentionally botch my haircut! I hope and pray for the courage to keep sharing Christ with genuine concern for the souls of my fellow man.
