Biriyani is spicy and rich in aroma. Pulao is lesser aromatic and spicy. Both of them are completely different in taste but awesome recipes.

Shall i do this recipe like way of lemon rice? Aftr grind the paste......can we do only thadka of popping seed and urad and with some curry leaf and red chilly.. And mixed the whole rice and and paste along with thadka.. 🌾

Yes you can do that also but make sure you cook the paste well so there is no raw taste and also if you are doing this method add a little tamarind to the masala while grinding
