My Cardigan does this same thing with dogs on both sides of us. Unfortunately there are Labs on one side and Saint Bernards on the other! He tires out way before they do.

I'd be mad too if someone chopped off my tail and they got to keep theirs. Dogs use their tail to convey their emotions to other dogs. Corgis have beautiful tails.

This fence running and is reactivity. It is not cute at all. Teach the dogs not to do this.
