Great reaction man. Originally this song was about a woman in his life who helped him during a tough time he went through, he got to develop feelings for her but she didn´t felt the same and in the end she got to let him down hard. Paul Gray encouraged him to finish the song and put some pressure to be part of the album Slipknot was working on, against most of the band members who thought that song wasn´t their style. The song made it to the album and months later Paul died. That´s why it´s so hard for Corey to perform it, as it´s a reminder of that woman who he had feelings for and the death of his long time friend, it ended up to have a double meaning. It´s not unusual for him to break down as he sings it, that´s why he asks the audience for their assistance, as for several occasions was the audience itself who continued to sing it when he couldn´t do it.
