It's rare to find a person in the entertainment industry who gets their priorities right. What a good man. No wonder he looks so young for his age! Clean living - and the love of a beautiful wife and children.

Corey Hart still looks magnificent and has a lovely voice whether it means singing or talking. This might sound funny, but like any thoughtful Canadian, he makes me feel beautiful!

Oh God he hasn't even started and I am teary already. He is such a good person beside the fact he is talented.

So thrilled for Corey Hart, his family and fans, Congratulations to the newest inductee into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. Very well-deserved.

Corey was one of my favorite artist when I was living in BC. I'm originally from Los Angeles, and followed my heart aswell to Canada, but there were lonely times of hardship. Music is the soul saviour and the best thing to keep you positive in the most difficult times, and I'm glad this man put out great music to keep me sane in a crazy world. Congratulations Corey Hart , a well deserved award to a good father and human being. Now, where are my sunglasses?

I'm so thankful to have grown up listening to Corey Hart! Thank you for being a part of my life and teaching me through your music to never surrender!

I remember watching Good Rockin' Tonight (Terry David Mulligan!) and seeing the video for "Sunglasses at Night" for the first time. I'm thinking "Who is this guy?!" I called all my friends (waaaay back in the 80s, we used telephones to talk to each other) and told them about Corey Hart and how I just knew he was going to be a huge superstar!! I invited my friends over and played the video for them (which I had recorded on my parents' state-of-the-art VCR!) I would watch him in interviews and he had such a passion for music. But to hear him now talking about his family and the love and devotion he has for them. And to watch his wife and children react to the things he was saying, just made my heart swell. I've got tears in my eyes. A beautiful, loving family and a wonderful decades-long career (and he still looks so handsome), what more could a man ask for?

Been a fan from day one... since "First Offence"...his music changed my life...it got me through some difficult times of my youth...gave me hope...opened my mind and imagination...helped me escape the cares of my life at that time and sounded so good I played it over and over again...since 1983 till 2020 and Im still listening... Corey if by chance you read this...I love you like a brother from another mother...your music was with me like a friend...it was life to me and is forevermore woven into the very fabric of my soul...thank you for the memories and the beautiful music.

My first meeting of Corey was 1983 at Six Flags Over GA. I along with several school friends waited forever, we were just in front of the stage and NEVER will i forget the amazing energy of this human. The music started, the lights came up to show the band and a minute later Corey hit the stage. One cool cat, who appears not to be just as amazing now as he was back then.. Well done Sir!!

I love the 1980s of the world of secalur music. I have 5 guys that i admire from the 1980s. Cory Hart, Byran Adams, Richard Marx, Rick Astley, and Howard Jones. Their music made me happy and a joy to listen to.

He is incredible. Has always been and will always be. Such a fantastic speech. Congrats Cory, you are amazing.

Corey Hart what an awesome human being...i remember when growing up in Trinidad in the 80's and I bought your single 'Sun glasses at night'..i wore that 45 out...then the 'Boy in the Box' cassette album..another fantastic album..to this day i still love all the songs on it... Thanks for your work and taking me back to a great time ...that still remains so clear in my mind....

Bryan was the better singer and songwriter --- but Corey sure drove the girls crazy with lust --- I never seen so many teen females go nuts for a singer

I've enjoyed many of of Corey's songs over the years but for a man to honor his wife and kids like that especially in public makes me respect him so much more!
