You guys who are having problems doing the video: watch it first (before doing it), see what she does, get the basic feel for what's going on - AND THEN try it. Do this video more than once, twice, three times...I'd argue by the tenth time, you'll find it's manageable. :-)

Thank goodness this is for beginners. I can’t imagine what the advanced video is loke
This was one of the first videos I watched before I started my KZread channel. You're so inspiring Tara 💙

She makes it look so graceful and easy. I never realized how weak my core is lol
I have been doing yoga for a few months consistently (ish) and this kind of routine would have killed me a few months ago. Keep on working on your yoga practice and this will become easier!

I loved this one! So soft and easy. Just what I needed. Tara, I am definitely a fan!
I was in the same boat when I started yoga. I'm still not great at it and not anywhere near being a pro like Tara is, but I think that's the important thing to remember. You have to be ok with where you are at! Don't push yourself too hard. Take baby steps. Can't touch your toes? Go for your knees. Can't touch your knees? Start with your thighs. Modify everything to make it achievable so you feel good about making small steps. The biggest thing: stick with it! You'll touch your toes in no time.
It seems really fast at first, but after I did this routine about ten or so times I started to become familiar with the moves and much more comfortable with them. When I became adjusted to it I started to notice that the moves were a lot easier and I could work harder to focus on my abdomen WITHOUT straining my back, which is always a huge problem for me. It's true that it's really challenging the first few times to keep up, but if you take it slowly it really is a great beginner routine and also works well for stretching out and warming up before more a more intense core workout. Thanks! PS- I'm a total beginner with yoga and not incredibly in shape. It gets easier really quickly, promise!
So I have been following Tara's videos for the past month and they are great. I love her calm instructions, she doesn't talk at you. This is a though one though, my core will be rock hard if I stick to this! I saved the videos in the correct order so when I fully master one I move onto the next. I started on a 9 minute work out and now I'm up to almost 30 minutes and time just flies. I recommend these beginner videos as she doesn't push you into anything you're not able for. Thanks Tara :)
Thank you! Very well done. Great easy yoga for us. (in our 60s) You are graceful and very clear with instructions. Thank you again!
The more you do something, the more control you'll get! I've been doing a lot of blogliates' workouts (abs especially), and have been doing sit ups with an app on my phone. Now when I come back to yoga videos like this, I'm able to go through it without breaks, but still can definitely improve. I couldn't do that before, though. So patience and perseverance will help you power through!
Oh my goodness I am so out of shape. She's so calm about doing it and I'm over here making grunting struggling noises lol

Same!
this is awesome, these beginner lessons are kicking the crap outta me, but I feel relaxed at the same time.
I've never done Yoga in my life, but I think her pace is perfect! Not too quick that I can't catch up, nor too slow that I get bored. Love it!
I love these shorter but effective videos. My New Year's resolution: do ten minutes of yoga a day with Tara on top of my every-other-day jogging to keep my body flexible and my core strong!
Your video's are great thanks! well paced and a good stretch, love them :D
Love it. I use to do this so easily before pregnancy. now getting back in shape and using this routine as a starter.
i have been searching the web for exercises to do each morning and only coming up with stuff thats not my cup of tea. Im found yours and have choosen two of yours and I Love them! Great way to start the day and I will have this back of my sorted! Thanks!
I love this routine. I do not like crazy vigorous body pump style workouts right when I wake up. This routine is a perfect morning routine. It only takes 8ish minutes, its energizing, effective! yet not a shock to my body upon first waking up. Thank you!
I definitely need this, I have been doing Piyo, Barre, boxing and spin classes and I have weak abs and diastases that I need to work on. Will definitely add this to my routine. Thank you!
Loved this routine! It was quite hard and I can't wait to get the hang of it! I feel very calm and grounded! Thank you. :D
I'm a beginner and I can't finish it but with consistency I can now notice that I'm lasting a bit longer each time. Also sometimes I pause the video and hold the stretches longer. I love it!
Thanks so much for making it so simple! Love your vids!!
I love how freely and effortlessly you move. You make it look so simple. Yet after an attempt at what you are doing, I have to say that I am simply astounded at your flexibility and your strength that you have to do these moves as flawlessly as you are doing them. I am really looking forward to continuing my yoga practice. Thank you for being such a wonderful influence and such a perfect exapmple to follow and learn from.
i have been doing this routine for almost 3 weeks, it was extremely hard at first, but now i can do it without screwing up!! yay, now i am going to start working on the beginners balance routine. love these videos, wonderful!! and you feel amazing when you are done! :)
looove how straight to the point and fast pace this is! yoga can easily get boring and this definitely was a workout.
Usually i feel sick after I work out. I end up in bed with a headache for the rest of the night with my heart racing but I just did this entire beginner playlist and I feel... AMAZING!!! Can't wait to do it again tomorrow!! (hopefully a little more gracefully:)
That was the best routine of Tara that I've found so far. Thanks a bunch!
Just tried it, it was a great workout, I am happy it was just about 9 -10 mins as it was just long enough to feel the burn but not to become very tired. I hope to continue these workouts. The hardest part is keep doing them. I am always starting and stopping. Some portions were a little harder to do than some but I really want to get back my flexibility to the level it was naturally, I find I am not as flexible as I was before and I really need to work on my stomach as well. Thanks again for the workout!
I did this routine last week as my first time trying to get back to exercising and felt so out of breath at the end (even in the middle to be honest), did it again today after a week of consistent exercise and I feel fine ! Don't give up, it gets better !
Thank you young lady for sharing your instructions on beginner yoga skills
My goodness that was magnificent, felt the cramps while doing the exercise. Wonderful yoga experience. Thanks for sharing ❤🙏🏻
Will be practicing this routine within my yoga practice from now on....thanks I need to build my core
In less than a month we'll be bringing a new puppy into our home. In our first weeks together this is all the puppy will see from me. I don't feel anything will earn the animals trust and make him/her feel more at home than these postures. Thank you Tara!
Love Tara! :) I've been watching and doing her Morning Yoga Fix video for years. It's been my little routine to start my days right. Glad to see her here and doing even better! (y)
godd this is so hard!!! it's been almost a month and I'm still working on it. this definitely needs more time to practice than those two previous ones.
oh my god. I thought the same thing just now. Let's start doing this everyday. I bet we'll be much better in as little as a week or two. You're not alone!!!
I have been doing yoga since December 2016 and am loving it.... I prefer doing it in the evenings as I tend to sleep much better and wake up refresh.
i am rehabbing myself after a TPF and am finally allowed to put weight on the leg. This seems like a good level of core training to get me started. Thanks for posting! For people who think she is going too fast, you can play the video at half speed or watch it a couple of times to gain familiarity without doing the exercises or without doing them fully.
Tara stiles, THANKS for making this video! I started doing yoga because my back was SEVERELY sore. It would hurt to bend over and pick something up and I felt incredibly stiff (which you probably don't feel too often haha). My intent to do yoga was to feel better and have my back not hurt as much, however I also lost 5 lbs!
Great video!!! I like the fast pace.
Today I went through this video without stopping! Your videos have helped my Yoga practice, thanks! (only been doing Yoga a month. I'll keep at it!)
If you are reading this, please consider slowing your pace. The word beginner is in the title, but you are way too fast. You move from one pose to the next too quickly. After all this is yoga, I enjoy feeling the stretching in the different positions. Try to not rush so much, and make the breathing more of an experience! Breathing is an important aspect of yoga I'm assuming. Thank you!

This comment is so condescending. Stiles is an expert and knows what she is doing. She doesn't need you to explain the purpose of yoga to her. There are plenty of slow, relaxing yoga routines on youtube. Go to them if that's what you want. Stiles has *intentionally* designed quick routines that give you a decent workout. This is exactly what I am here for. Thanks Tara!
this got my heart racing, my core ignited, and I broke just as much a sweat as some cardio workouts I've done! I absolutely love it!
This was such a great workout. It made me feel so great!
Best teacher by far....my suggestion is to take it part by part..no need to go at the speed of the video...go at your own pace...stop the video when you want to relax
Awesome video. Can really feel that working in the core area!!
Wow, I can't believe it's been 2 months already. Well, I can definitely see a difference and can get through the whole video without stopping. :)
Deception! She makes it look so easy!
Its a very good physical exercise. Thank you so much.
Man I never realized how weak my core was til I tried doing this. It's great!
This is my favorite morning exercise. Effective and doesn't put my body in shock right after I'I've woken up.
EXCELLENT VIDEO - thank you so much 💕
I'm glad it's not just me who felt the burn and shaking! Haha! Great video, going to keep at it to improve :)
I'm a totally newbie and this was challenging but wow was it a lot of fun!
Difficult routine for someone who is grossly out of shape but made me feel better, still. I'm a lot calmer and feel I definitely worked out my core. I'll be working to get better at this as much as possible after feeling this good after a short workout.
These videos are fantastic. I just tried this one for the first time and wasn't able to do certain bits (does Tara not have a tail-bone??) But it was the same the first time I tried the Flexibility and Building Strength Evenly videos. After a couple of weeks I have those ones down (which is not to say that they're not still hard work) so now I'm adding this one too. A few people are complaining about the speed but it won't seem fast after you've had a few goes at it and learnt the routine. I personally love that Tara fits so many movements into such short videos, that way if you only have time for one you still get some good stretches in.
I've been suffering from hypothyroidism and besides gaining a lot of weight, I'm very fatigued a lot of the time. I've been trying to slowly get back into shape and into yoga, but I've noticed that my core strength is pretty much gone. I thought this routine could help with that, but it was actually really difficult for someone like me and some of the poses I couldn't do 10 repetitions, but I did try my best. I'll keep working at it.
Holy Cheese, that was intense! Then again, this is my first time doing something like this, and only my second time trying yoga. But absolutely love it! I plan on watching these videos religiously. Thanks, Tara!
Im a beginner and i love this video! It feels great even though i cant always keep up👌
This is perfect! Short but burns!!
Great video! It's very informative, it can help many people especially for those yoga beginners. Good job!
Beginning my behind! Lol. This was an amazing workout though. Love this ❤️
love this thank you
if this is for beginners, i have a long way to go, this is definitely gonna build my core!
i did the 3 parts..amazing it's difficult for me but I love and I'm gonna stick with it Thank you you're awesome
Love how this routine looks and I'm going to try it but I am going to have to keep pausing it :/ would love the same routine done slowly to follow along with to ease into...
Love it!!!! Feel the burn!
I watched this before trying it and it looked much simpler than when I was doing it, its a really good routine had to pause aswell on the forearm part thanks for sharing. Gonna do it again and hopefully I can make it through the the entire 9mins, 😆
Great vid!! I felt comfortable doing this for the first time!
Excelente práctica!!! Gracias 🙏
This stuff is tough, I'm loving it though I'm usually very stiff because I'm a lifter and I can already feel that this will help me. Thanks for the uploads
i have like no strength in my core x.x definitely keeping this one on my faves list until it hurts a lot less.
Nice video!. My core feels awakened!
I've been following this video for 2 week, It's work for me.
I love all the comments on her so inspirational
This was amazing! Thank you so much!
I just found my new favorite teacher/ trainer.
Awesome routine!!

I'M SO EXCITED TO START THIS.
Super tranquilo de fazer em casa.
Love this! It really helps
great video! i followed along and it goes by so fast! feels so nice while also being challenging. can't believe this is just beginner level lol i feel calm and relaxed now~ so much so i could fall asleep... =w=
thanks for vid will learn and use most days
I started doing this and "build strength" evenly as my morning routine... even when I was doing all these long, intense, high cardio and strength workouts, I was not feeling my core get a workout as much as I did with this.
i loved it!! thank you.
Awesome! Feels great!
SO EDUCATIONAL!!!
I did this routine, well done to me
Thank you 🙏
Thanks for video, its really great routine
I like this!! Ihad to take a break at the forearm part but I am hoping to be even stronger next time I try! Thank you for these great videos!

I was about to stop half way through the video. But I didn't. I knew that I could do better. Thanks for the beginner videos :D
I loved this, coming from pilates this is so easygoing in comparison but also very similar. I'm liking the calm pace :-)
This definitely isn't easy. I had to take a break a couple of times, but I am enjoying it and it will help me with my pilates workout!
Love this workout so much. I wonder if any one has any results?
enjoyed it thank you
This was amazing!!!!
