I Tried shilling corz to Cramer on lightning round shortly after the hpc contract was announced. Hope he bought, but I know he didn’t 😎I held 400 6/21 5c. Have since scaled out, I still hold 250. but as other have said- life changing. Rolling the equity. LFG Adam Sullivan

Bought more CORZ today after the dip, now my #1 mining position. Hoping that the HPC pays off as a vital strategy when the bear market hits. Regardless, this is good because now the fixed asset costs will be subsidized by HPC and contributes to the bottom line with steady income. Having the HPC equipment and infrastructure expenses paid for as part of the negotiations is critical to reduce any risks in having to make capital expenditures.

Where was this presentation and explanation in January on emergence??? No one explained that the CORZQ shares were locked from selling for those taking part in the ERO tender offer when CORZQ was 2 in December. Not one mention that shares would be locked from selling for anyone taking part in the ERO. And they also didn't explain that the date the CORZZ warrants attach was the day before listing when CORZQ tanked in price. In fact the info they had and the last day the warrants attach on their own presentation slides was incorrect showing days earlier. What about the additional distributions common and warrants for CORZQ holders?

I bought 200 shares of CORZ today on the dip and now own a total of 9200 shares not counting the warrants. I was not aware that the CORZZ warrants automatically become shares of CORZ if you don't sell them once they exceed the $8.71 price for at least an average of 20 days..............is that really the case? 61m 150m =211 m in term loans. convertible note? I’m trying to understand the timeline before they can HODL. It would seem to me that missing the opportunity to HODL at current BTC prices could present as a big disadvantage on their balance sheet… especially if BTC reaches ATH and 🚀

A lot of miners don't even HODL a single bitcoin. IREN, the hottest miner right now, doesn't HODL a single Satoshi.... seems to be working out for their shareholders
