Yes they are very expensive upgrade low level items, but really worth for balancing end game builds like for example un-polished copper cross neckless can give 17% crit chance at level 18 for crit builds. Or maybe you dont have to level 18 just on level 15 can cover with 15% crit chance then you can equip crit damage items like morpha ring.

my main issue is getting the green stones. like azeos is not that easy to wander around in to find crystal biomes. So most of my stuff stays at level 15. in case you didn't say, you can also find the stones in the crystal biome if you break the bigger yellow crystals, it's a rare drop though.

I wish there was a way to farm the gems. It takes so long to get any of good quantity. I've been told that Azeos can drop the gems but I tried testing it and after 20 kills I hadn't gotten one yet so I can't confirm it.

You can get those stones from the Ancient Battle Arena. All you have to do is to stay on a green circle, survive the mob waves (Orbit Turret and Mimites) and I recommended that you have very strong armor, lots of potions, bow/crossbow and buff potions

I had a lot of luck in the sunken sea. The spiral areas of the crystal biome have a chest in the center with several.

I hope we can power the figurine spawner thing with nuclear crystals in the future. or maybe 10 of these crystals make one power core that lets us spawn 10 monsters that drop loot.

Most of the items aren't worth upgrading like if the level of the item is 1 or 12 below.. unless if a player is in an endgame where they have loads of resources, that would be another story But for the main focus here is that a player need to upgrade what is necessary for their builds. If they wanna build lifesteal and upgrade them to max.. or thorns damage, or mining damage. Depends what they wants For example: 1. Scarlet Crossbow- but there will be a better one like the Solarite Crossbow and if they wanna upgrade the Scarlet one, at a cost of loads of resources.. like additional scarlet, octarine, galaxite and up to solarite bars.. it is a waste But when it comes to a level that close to level 18 (Like level 13,14, 15,16,17 or 18) above, probably best or if someone feels it.. would be the better option. For example: 1. Atlantean Helmet is Level 17 and just need 1 upgrade and get the max stat of it, then that would be the best option 2. Phantom Spark is Level 15 and you just need solarites and 3 stones, quite a bit expensive but at least you won't be able to spend more like galaxite or octarine

50 different shimmering biomes and I have only found one solarite boulder 😭

@@rjay6048 funny thing is, the first SF biome I went in ever, had the boulder at nearly exactly 1200 tiles out .
