    This was perfect! Fantastic information, and the background music was subtle, and didn't overpower your voice. Great audio levels. One more advantage of ordering one's skill queue the way you suggest is that you gain the use of all those rapidly acquired skills while you're doing the long-term training.

    I love how most of this stuff is still applicable today, I forgot to mention that. ( I would assume most ppl think this when they see a video this old.) 👍, thx again for the time you took to explain this. 👍🥰🥰🥰 - • (since I’m too lazy, like most, to do any more than type a few key words into KZread when I realize I need more education in the field I’m entering). I usually fill any incompetent void I might be experiencing at the time. But wow, this game is on another level. Maybe it’s time to break out the text books and take this more seriously. I’m amazed, impressed and hooked. This doesn’t seem like a “game”, this seems like the future. This coincides with a lot of patterns and theories over the years. I feel left behind, I have years of work to do before I even become satisfactorily efficient. I have sooooooo much to learn, I love it 🥰.) - (Sorry for the “chatter”, 😂🙊🙈)

    17:51 GREAT Video! One Small CORRECTION... You can remap more than 3 times. When you first start, you get 1 remap and 2 "bonus" remaps that allow you to remap immediately. That's the initial 3 remaps you're referring to. After that, you CAN do another remap but the wait time (I think) is about a year. My main character is a 250 million SP character that's been playing since 2004. I'd probably have more SP than that but in the beginning I rage quit a couple times until I realized that I LOVE this GAME and decided that no matter how frustrated I got, I'd keep the account active and just, if nothing else, keep my training queue filled. But in that time that I have been actively playing, I've probably remapped my attributes 10 or more times.

    I would like to point out that you don’t NEED rockets AND missile. You can pick one and ignore the other. That way you can focus and get in days or even weeks sooner and still have great DPS.

    So, is Master V on the first ship you land in on EVE a good start to Skills? It seems like that would Train most core skills for your races ships. Same with Mining, train Mastery V on the first ORE Mining Venture.

  • @JuriusDoctor

    @JuriusDoctor

    5 жыл бұрын

    Yes and no. The first 2-3 levels of Mastery are functionally useful to new players. More important in the short to mid term are your core fitting skills. Power grid and CPU management. Weapon and Hull Upgrades. These are things which increase your ability to fit for survivability and application.

    JinaSolo only level 5 a skill if you need to. Ex. You want to fly a T2 ship? You need the T1 perquisite skill at 5 before you can move on to the needed T2 skill.

    hey jurius if you keep your main in station and do other stuff with a jump will you lose implants if you get poded?

  • @JuriusDoctor

    @JuriusDoctor

    6 жыл бұрын

    Hey Bogwood, Implants stay with your clone. So if you dock in a station or Upwell Structure (Citadel, Engineering Complex, or Refinery) you can jump out of a clone with implants and into a clone which has nothing in it. This is useful for PVP, so you don't lose your training implants when you go out to fight. Just remember to swap clones in an Upwell Structure with a clone bay, because swapping them in a structure doesn't start a clone jump delay timer (24 hrs). Swapping clones in a station does start the timer.

    Is this even a game? A university? No other game I've played had a university of knowledge required to get into it. I'm grateful that you're helping new players though. I've only created a character and done the tutorial now I'm just watching videos and deciding if I'm going to restart a new character to get the free 1 million skill points or not.

    Is it possible to train in omega but then not subscribe again and keep them in alpha

  • @furrowingowl5906

    @furrowingowl5906

    When an Omega reverts to Alpha status, you keep any skills that you've trained as an Omega. If it's an Omega only skill, or if it's at a level higher than what you can train as an Alpha, you lose access to it until you become an Omega again.

    No, only my older videos. It wasn't voice activation, but Push-to-Talk and I didn't have the delays set correctly. I now use open recording from a home studio with better end production tools for post. Everything is a learning process, even for me.

    isn’t there a max amount of skill points an alpha can train?

  • @JuriusDoctor

    @JuriusDoctor

    4 жыл бұрын

    Yes! You can train up to 5M skill points, up to 20M with Daily Alpha Skill Injectors. If you have subscribed as Omega and your subscription falters after that, you keep access to the first 20M skillpoints. (* The rest don't disappear, you just can't use them until you sub again.)

  • @JuriusDoctor

    @JuriusDoctor

    4 жыл бұрын

    It's 100% relevant; all of the skills listed here are still core fitting skills and not training them (eventually) will mean the difference between you being able to fit a ship that will survive against someone who knows what they're doing, and if you also know what you're doing (or are lucky).
