I found this corldless circular saw from Japan recycle shop. It is Black and Decker circular saw model BDCCS18 TYPE JP01. It comes with 18v battery, unfortunately, the battery is dead and the internal gearbox problem. You can find how I fix and repair those problem in this video.
I hope you find this video useful and enjoy it!
Furthermore, I am happy to receive feedback, suggestions to improve myself.
Thank you very much for choosing to watch my video!
Have a nice day

Hey, man, check this out! In this Gear Show video, we got this Black and Decker cordless circular saw that was, like, totally bummed out, right? But this dude here, he brings it back to life, man! Fixes the 18v battery and sorts out the internal gearbox like a real zen master of tools. It's like, you know, sometimes life hands you lemons, and you just gotta fix the battery and gearbox, man. So kick back, grab a beverage, and enjoy the ride, dude. This is some primo tool restoration action! Far out.

I like those trim saws, I have the ryobi version. Great restoration, as always !
@ 7:00 I feel like the sloppy bushing was causing the problem..... What was the solution to that??? I watched the video back, I missed it..... Aside from that, great video.

Great restoration sir nice work thanks for the sharing this video sir 😊❤
How to bypass the Makita battery charging lock? Apparently it's a chip that prevents it from recharging after a certain number of charges.
good work.👋👋👋
very good job
Where did you buy the batteries. Are they really 3000 mah?
Olá!! Sou do Brasil!!!
Well Done good job
Excellent job 👍👍👍
Restaurada bateria para serra circular sem fio 🔌🚫🔋😉
عمل رائع
BDecker must be the only tool brand I've completely given up on. I'm not so sure what happened but it's like B&Decker *_haaaaaates_* the USA. We only get the most basic versions of their tools(from around 2010) and they only sell those tiny 1.3Ah batteries here. Meanwhile while other regions get their newer stuff. I had(.had.) a Matrix collection that I used for everything, but since they only ever sold 1.3Ah batteries for it, I had to make adapters for makita just to get longer battery life. Waited for yeaaars for things to get better until finally giving up on the entire brand.
waiting for your video bro... i want to see you once brother please bro live conduct once...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊

man I want to ask you a question what is this red thread that you are wearing in 4:53 ???? you intrigued me
Where did you brought lithium batteries ?
There's a bell ringing.
Gear Show didn’t show de replacing of the gear and the deteriorated bushing.
Yes. For this machine with bushings instead of bearings, and a plastic gearbox, it's really not worth buying a new gear. To be used until it finally breaks and then tossed in the trash. The quality of Black & Decker is now like a child's toy.
So the only thing you restored was the battery?
What spottender do you use? Thanks.
The last solder you did was bad. 4:02
I have this and it is the worst, constantly stops no matter what you do

5s1p too little to use with it 😱
👍😎🍺🍩🛠️🗜️
This is not a repair, this is a regular car wash(((
That thing is a DIY toy, waste of time. There is a spare part for the gear but it is the whole transmission and motor together. Good job on the battery though.
