Corbett Tigress hunting with its Cubs|| बाघिन अपने शावकों के साथ शिकार करती हुई दिखी Corbett Reserve

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

After a long long wait, came the moment when we visited the Corbett tiger reserve. Taking all the safety protocols, we made our way inside the tiger reserve. The reserve opened its gates on 15th of November and we thought of trying our luck in the beginning itself.
Our first two safaris were completely dry and then came this moment where we couldn't have expected a better sight of these majestic cats of the wild . We were heading on our safari track looking out for the beautiful birds and wild animals completely unaware of the tiger presence. Just a few meters and we saw this beautiful tigress sitting right in front of us , unmoved and focused , aware of our presence but its eyes completely locked on the deers.
The tigress sat in the same position for a good amount of time with complete alertness and stalked the deers who were unaware of the tigress presence. They made the alarm calls but were unsure of the tigers presence. As soon as deers headed inside the lantana, the tigress too made its way and waited again patiently
Slowly and steadily, deers started to came out and then began the whole drama. Alarm calls began as soon as deers spotted two more tigers who were coming from the back side but were still unaware of the first tigress which stalked them for a healthy amount of time
They chased the deers making them to run for there lives. It was a complete chaos and in between the same, one of the deer got separated from it's group and the tigress who stalked them from the very beginning managed to caught hold of one of them.
We were unable to see the kill as it was made inside the bushes but what we saw in front of us was no less than a special sighting
Enjoy the video :)

One cannot control the behaviour of the people as such scenes are exciting to watch and people cannot control thier emotions so all the chit chat happens The tigers were successful in hunting down a deer but the final action happened inside the bushes

    Rules are definitely there. Also a safe distance is to be maintained while sighting the animals inside the tiger reserves. During this sighting, gypsys were close to each other but a distance from the animals because of which so loud noises are heard One can control thier behaviour if they are lucky enough to sight these magnificent animals alone without the presence of any other vehicle but cannot control the behaviour of others

    It might be a big failure as the tigers are ambush hunters and doesn't hunt that frequently in the open. They try to go as close as possible to thier target and then launch the attack 😊

    When sightings like these happen, one cannot control the emotions of the tourists. The gypsys and the canters were at a good distance leaving the scene undisturbed. The noise which one can hear is because of the cameras which has recorded the sounds clearly 😄

    I saw many clips where tourist Jeep standing and tiger hunt down prey. I think tiger is using human scents and presence like his camflouge for ambush and hunt down prey. Tiger having larger brains in cat family

    True.. This happens a lot across various wildlife parks in India but in corbett, tigers are still shy and when ever a vehicle approaches too near, they tend to run away or hide themselves till the spot is clear. Here , the distance between the tigers and gypsies was over 250-300 mtrs because of which we were able to see the action without any disturbances
