Same here. I just bought one in England for 4 quid 😀

How do you preheat the pan when used for grilling steak/fish etc. so you put the lid IN the pan to preheat or put the ring on and then put the lid on. Or don't you have to preheat the pan at all when you want to grill 2 ways.

saute steam heat great but not a grillling machine. too clean , warm water with paper towel in 20 secnds done done

You better grease the pan. And one whole cake mix batter is too much for one pan. Only fill 2/3 full. And use the insert right. Place it in the pan with the bumps up so when you bake it and remove, there are inserts to fill. I did it the other way and there were bumps, not insert wells. Bake it for 40 minutes, and cool it for 30 minutes, and then invert on plate.

you don't. it's a grill so it basically fries with grill marks.

I forgot I had this thing. It's nothing like they present. Food turns out gray and icky on the outside while the inside is raw. Sandwiches, with stuff like meat, cheese and butter, steams the bread due to the moisture in the food. So your bread is soggy. You will waste so much time, food and money trying to get a decent result. Instructions are worthless.

I got this as a gift. Everything sticks to it and gets burned onto the lid. Absolute garbage. Glad I don't waste my money on things from QVC

not sure. I use it but I spray it with olive oil, grapeseed oil , canola oil, peanut oil, you can add just butter

This was worst product I ever bought...the first time I used this pan my food stuck to top and bottom...I couldn't clean it off and eventually threw it out....horrible..Everytime I see this guy Eric on TV I change channel...there are lots of other ppl that have commented online about how bad this product is....

ERIC you or the company you work for didn't figure anything out. you just copied the same UNIT that that guy DAVID next to you did last week on that show QVC tv . THE RANGE MATE PRO , I HONESTLY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU EVEN GET AWAY WITH STEALING SOMENE ELSE IDEA AND PALY IT OFF AS YOUR OWN.
