    I already have mental health issues since 2016 when my late wife passed then covid locdown and a friend and mentor took his life because of Lyme and now my first hurricane.

    Wow, so if you're stressed, then just simply eat some dessert, or hang out with friends, or exercise. What a waste of 5 mins.
