so nice you started running! too bad you weren't really in the mood but it makes sense though! as it is best to suite your workouts around your menstrual cycle ^_^ meaning you'll naturally feel more like doing cardio sports (like running) during your follicular or ovulation phase, and slow paced sports (like pilates) during your luteal phase and during your period. hope this might encourage you on your running journey :) x
