Hey, Randy. The Ford Five Hundred is a Taurus. They renamed it for the 2008 model year as the 5th Gen Taurus. Similarily, the Ford Freestyle was also renamed to Taurus X on the same year. If you get it, I will be so happy. Its even a SEL trim, which if I remember correctly, is the middle trim level for the series. This model year was plagued with water pump issues, so make sure you check that out.

That Taurus looks like it’s a senior citizen’s car, well taken care of

G37 one of the most strongest engine you can get and produce so much power with adding turbos in it. I have a q50 and it’s such a beautiful car.

The taurus is a great car. I would definitely get that one. Very solid cars.

I like the Taurus, very clean for 217k miles! Someone definitely cared for it. 75k on a 2019, sheesh, my car is a 2016 with only 55k.

I love the legacy especially the 6th gen. And I would love to see one on the channel.

The Ford might be a good buy for a flip car.

I am very excited about that Taurus. I had a 500 too. I loved it and never should have gotten rid of it. Good memories.

I’d be all over that Taurus. It would be a really good back up car to have around. $1000-$1500 out the door would be my limit.

Good morning Randy. The 2013 Infinity is a nice car. The other two are nice.

I had a lincoln town car with a bad torque converter and it never through a check engine light but would do the trans rumble at around 40 to 75mph

I have the same Ford Taurus same color and mileage it's been a great car no issues.

Subary didn't blow the seat bags... so that's a win! 😂😂 Subaru always idles high AF to warm up for emissions Randy... totally normal!

Management at Ford changed and they changed from Taurus to 500 and another change in managment and it was back to Taurus

love the taurus they are really nice cars and big interior i bought a ford five hundred though for 200 bucks if i remember, it needed a engine i was going to get a engine but i had bought a dodge magnum for 300 bucks! but definitely will love to see the taurus

The infinity might be do-able if your buddy JR would do a engine swap lol. The ford is a good flip car but man it is beige boredom on wheels make sure you sell to an accountant.

That’s when Ford was going through that weird faze. That generation Taurus is pretty much an updated Five Hundred. Then they dropped it and in 2010 came out with the last generation Taurus. So basically from 2005 through 2007/2008 was the Five Hundred and 2008 and 2009 they dropped the five hundred nameplate and slapped the Taurus name on it. Then in 2010 the last generation Taurus came out. 🤣💯

Just sad to see the G37x in that shape ... beyond hope. I have a G37x sedan & LOVE it.

Those Ford taurus/500/ Mercury sable were excellent cars my mom had one for many years and it never gave her a single problem whatsoever no check engine light nothing at all it always ran perfect always had ice cold AC just no problems and she took very good care of her cars so the inside and out were in like new condition still it was a very beautiful car she ended up selling it after she got her new Hyundai to a very nice college girl for $2,000 edit: it was an 09 model taurus

This generation of the Taurus was just a rebadged 500, discontinuing the Taurus nameplate was a mistake for ford which they realized after they did it, unfortunately just changing the nameplate didn’t do anything for increasing the sales of a car that people already knew wasn’t a true Taurus

We have a 2005, Taurus, hitting towards 300,000 miles, and the outside of the car has its dings, bangs, and Walmart cart hits and rusted, but mechanically, just every day wear and tear and no major issues with this car. WE also have a 2005 Mercury, Sable, no major issues with this car either except for when it would rain, the floorboard on the passengers' side would get wet. Took a while to figure it out and it came down to, that when the filter to the cabin of the car was replaced, the cover was never properly put back on and clamped down allowing the cover to slant causing water to drain into the passengers' side of the car, so if anyone has a leak and have done everything else to figure it out, check the air filter cover to the cabin first.

legacy is a good buy but get a price on all the airbags might be a bit expensive.. the ford looks great for the miles too i hope you get it randy 😁

the legacy would be a greater doner car if you had one. if you just took the time i'm sure its also a gold mine in parting it out, engine, electronics body panels that aren't damaged price it to sell fast
