@@fitnesssolutions9780 stretched functionally is for drag racing, more so about the launch, but straight line is still accurate enough. Or it is often done for the way it looks or for show. But it is terrible if you want any kind of decent performance for the streets.

Having had a major bike accident in which I received multiple injuries including a broken back, my one saving grace was the fact I was wearing riding gear, not expensive stuff but good enough to save me from some major road rash & smaller limb breakages, so yeah seeing guys riding around as I did back in my youth in just T shirts & shorts makes me cringe, all’s good now, it took two years but I’m back & out on two wheels 👊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I'm with you about stretching the bikes. I guess if that is your passion and the only thing you like to do is race on straights would make sense. But I like to enjoy the bikes doing what they are designed to do in all aspects not just one. I'm bias because I'm a track junkie.

and stretching does not belong on the track. I view those bikes like i do drag cars. They are so modified for just that, its silly seeing them on the street. Im not a fan unless your at an event for it.

Nooo, don’t stretch it! You’ve already lowered it, I’d leave it at that and get the carbon wheels or other stuff.

Once you get over 300HP on the H2, stretching is the only option to be able to use that much power. If you're only pushing around 230, swb is fine.

I'd leave that swing arm alone brother, Right now you have the best of both worlds, Hitting twisties and straightaways / If you stretch it out more, your gonna sacrifice on the twisties... In the end the decision is yours and it depends on what you like!🏍️💨💨💨

You are correct, soon as you stretch it to control wheelies you kill the cornering ability. Tight twisties become a pain. Now if all you do is race straight line then yep stretch it because it is boring. But if you enjoy race tracks and canyon riding then leave it stock. Where I live in canyons of Colorado I see very few stretch bikes because ? Tight twisty roads suck on a stretched bike

I believe you can go both ways with your bike, stretched or not. It looks beautiful either way, but I personally enjoy the aesthetics of a stretched bike more. I got a 06 Kawi Zx6r and it's stretched and I enjoy that bike a lot and it handles great on the road and Im from the caribbean where the roads are small as hell lol

Stretch looks good, but it also is purpose built.. I also feel the H2 is more of a roll race bike rather than a track style bike.

I have a stage 3 H2 on SWB it's a lot but it's fun, I hated stretched, I may get that single sided swing arm maybe +2 or ever stock length for look, but nah stretched isn't the way to go.

If I was drag racing a bike stretched swingarm would make sense. But for a street / track/ hooligan/ back road /country ride high speed...wheelies, no stretch. If you want a drag bike get a ZX-14 or a Busa. Or a GSX-1000 turbocharged ...The H2 needs only a flash/tune and full exhaust, spend the rest on the best tires you can get...

my first summer riding was a success , but i did lose my fast lane gang key chain at least i still got the personalized thank you card lol .that being said i surely wont make it in upstate ny much longer... down south we go no way i can only ride a couple months out the year

@@FastLaneD 😂 now now I ain’t tryna get clowned too hard in my lil 600 club but I’ve walked gsxr , 636 and newer R6 r but 636 was only one with more than 3” or so of stretch and that was on my first 04 r6 and this 05 r6 I have now flashed full bolt on and tuned is ridiculous lol definitely prolly fastest 600 around southwest ky northern tn that ain’t got gp shift or at the drag every weekend stretched on its nuts and have walked a few heavier guys on bigger stretched bikes but only to like 140-150 lol mph don’t worry 🥴 and a buddies stretch tuned 05 gsxr 750 but he way heavier too lol and bout 20 years older lol but I’m gettin an R1 soon ! Got to! That’s the move

2:51 that's the reason I didn't want to jump to a 1000. I like going 100+ in a straight line but I want my bike to do other bike things. Stunting, leaning, go fast, and dragging knees. Next bike will be a zx6r and I will put a full exhaust with tune for pops and bangs and to get rid of restrictions. Edit: currently on a 450cc sportbike and plan to take it to the track stunt it.
