I think the line that gets me every time I hear this song is "you left a legacy of love"

I feel this song. I lost my grandparents on my dad's side when I was 4. Then my brother when I was 6. Then my grandma on my mom's side when I was 15. Then most recently, my girlfriend took her life. These lyrics always make me shed tears.

This was just played at a celebration of life for my best friend who passed they all liked.

Thank you for reacting to this. August 2022 to February 2023 was the worst time in my life. In that time span I lost all three of my grandparents. I was mad at God for a long time. I'm no longer mad it took getting signs from him to know that everything is ok and he's here for me.

I lost my dad in '91 and my mom in '92 they were 84 and 52. I was 19 and 20 yrs old.

lost an uncle in April 2021. lost my last uncle in November 2021. lost my 36-year-old "baby" sister at the end of January 2022. lost my daddy at the end of January 2023 (364 days after my sister). lost a cousin in the middle of January 2024.

This song makes me cry every time I hear it. I lost my son to murder in March of 2020 for no other reason than his ex-girlfriend, and her new boyfriend wanted it done. It was senseless, and I still ask why every day. Miss and love my Angel son. Kenny Forever 27

I lost my most closest aunt in April of 2023 and she was only 40 but I forgot what year but they told he would only 7 years from her illness she lived 11 after that so i praise god we had her for 11 more years and not 7 but it still felt to early and she was too young( 40 )

I was only 12 when my grandfather past away and it hurt so bad to see him go I'm 18 now and in 2022 my grandmother passed away I was 16

I lost my sister on May 15th to lung cancer. 😢
