Cool Transitions in After Effects Tutorial (Basics into Advanced)
Фильм және анимация
Adobe Premiere Pro has a lot of built-in transitions, but if you’re looking to spice up your transition game, you might want to try creating custom transitions in Adobe After Effects.
Hey everyone. This is Mason from FilterGrade. And today I’m going to show you the fundamentals of transitions in After Effects and how to create some cool transitions that you may see in videos every day!
We’ll be starting with some basic transitions - ones that exist as presets in Premiere Pro - and then working up to some advanced transitions that require After Effects specifically.
To master transitions, we’ll be utilizing keyframing, masking, and the graph editor tool, which uses curves in a similar way as the pen tool to help add ramps up and ramps down on your AE transitions.
Transitions covered:
1. Wipe
2. Wipe with Shape
3. Pump
4. Pan/Crop
5. Rotation

So what sort of file type should it be saved as? Sorry, new at this. I created a stinger transition for my stream a while back. how do you get all the tutorial and samples on the left. mine doesnt have sNice tutorialt
I feel like im gonna give up bit I don’t want to but what he’s doin i get but it comes different when I tried
what's got me really thinking is that this seems like a lot of work for basic transitions. what would you do if you want to use these transitions a bunch of times in a video? would you recreate each transition every time or is there a way to just copy/paste it?
@SidwSace
2 жыл бұрын
Select all keyframes from one instance and duplicate them straight into another. You do not have to repeat the same steps for each node once you make them the first time & the transition looks good.

lol trust me this amount of work is nothing compared to what you can do for a real professional look.
You can't vicariously experience sotNice tutorialng through another person, the sa way you need to try it for yourself before losing hope.
Cool but you can pretty much do all of this in premier pro no?

Duplicate the video layer several times and mask each layer as one crack with the pen tool. You can put a cracked transparent png image on top of all the layers to guide how to shape each mask.

Theres presets that you can download and just drag onto your clips that do basicallly the same things but a lot easier
