It goes without saying that Arctic have been producing some of the finest PC cooling hardware for quite a long time now. The understated design of the previous generation has been banished in favour of a more turbine aesthetic which brings a fresh flavour to the Freezers style and I love that.
It's not all just about aesthetics, the circular pump head houses that large 60mm VRM cooler which is effective and performant with very quiet operation. Through all of my testing so far, I could barely hear the pump in action even at 100% speed.
Installation was a breeze, even in a smaller chassis such as the ASUS Prime AP201 thanks to the simplified cable management and lack of additional cables. The AIO tubes are probably a little too long for my liking, especially for a 240mm setup, which caused the tubes to press up against the glass but this wasn't a big issue, merely an observation.

Arctic continue to develop new and exciting products into 2024. Yes definitely! Also if they could be noise normalised too (like what GN @ 34db do so we can compare like for like) that would be really useful info

@@Deiform87 Truthfully I did extensive testing off camera and the only time I could possibly hear the VRM fan was when all other fans were completely off. Even then, it wasn’t easy to hear it. That said, you’ll never turn off the other fans (which are pretty quiet anyway) so I can’t see noise being a concern in real world use at all. I used to do a sound level audio and visuals in previous videos to give an actual sense of sound as opposed to a controlled silent room, but truthfully I scrapped it because almost every fan I’ve worked with has been in the ‘more than acceptable’ sound level with zero concern… so I couldn’t find merit in continuing to do that when the time and energy could’ve been spent with more production value. I think the thermal visual for cases in general could have a lot of value to show stock fan configuration hot spots followed by the finished build thermals. It would be easy to digest and simple to understand.

I put the new 420mm version in my system on Wednesday and have been very happy with it. It runs much quieter than my last AIO and my CPU temps dropped by about 9 degrees. Thumbs up from me. I like the thermal view btw. Helps me visualize the temps while also making me feel like Predator.

So inspiring that I myself built a gaming PC into this AP201 TG case with the combo b650m + 7800x3d + 32Gb DDR5 + rtx 4070 ti , air cooler style plus all black fans, total 6 case fans. Amazing you really have a good sense which components look great together. You are a artist. The airflow visualization isn't from front because the psu would outperform the 80mm to much right? That was my suggestions and i personally went with an other case. Great job....it's chilling to watch your content while drinking some coffee✌🏽☕️

Damn, what a beautiful build video! I just ordered the parts for my new PC, which will be pretty similar to your build, using the same case, but will be AMD based (R7 7700 & RX 7900 GRE). However as I like my PC below my desk I opted for the non-tg case and will use a non-rgb Liqid Freezer III 240 but rgb P12 fans at the bottom for some sweet underglow. It will actually be my first complete from-scratch-build since I got my first gaming PC about 14 years ago. I always upgraded parts but never built a whole machine. This will be exciting!

Clean work Mr Lee. Please get your hands on a Thermaltake Tower 300, would love to see you work your magic on that case. Both in tower mode and sci-fi space battery mode.
No one does it the way you do, Matt! Amazing work! And I just knew that the slightly crooked 80mm fan WILL GET FIXED for the final takes. 😁😁😁 This new version of ALF (I just love this acronym, 80s people will understand...) is such a great (performance AND visual) improvement over the Freezer II. I now have a real FOMO and want to switch mine. 🤣

Awesome build! Just placed my order for my Liquid Freezer III, planning to use this build as reference. I see you were about to fit an 80mm fan in the front which I haven't seen anyone else to in this case. Could you possibly fit a 120 with the PSU at the highest seeing?
