This video was awesome. Robert here's a few tips for your next steak. Get the same cut, rub a little olive oil on both sides, salt, pepper, garlic powder both sides then add to the grill and grill on high one side for 5 mins flip and grill the other for 4 for medium rare. Good job bud

Robert you can make it cheat gravy. Get some beef base at your store and some cornstarch- figure rest out. Look up gravy made with bouillon and thickened with corn starch slurry.

What you made isnt really a poutine, the most basic of recipe id say is French fries with cheese and it has to be Cheese curds, ive been told its tricky to get in the state and with a brown gravy (usually a mix of beef and porc, sometimes one or another depending on your taste) but then again the beauty of the poutine is that you can do whatever you want really, but usually Fries, brown gravy and cheese curds are a must and folks might have their own recipes, for the gravy or add an ingredient to the poutine to make it something else like "all dressed" style or Italian poutine which is french fries and cheese curds but with a spagetti sauce on top, things like that, still what you cooked isnt half bad looking id probably eat it, so yeah have a nice day :P i'm hungry now XD
