CHRIS’ GOCHUJANG CREAM PASTA: 1) Thinly slice pork belly and render fat, set the pork belly aside afterwards 2) Chop onions and garlic and sauté in fat until soft/translucent 3) Add heavy cream and stir gochujang in until fully dissolved, season with salt and black pepper 4) Optional: Blend your sauce with hand mixer until smooth 5) Toss the sauce back into pan along with pork belly (leave a few of the crunchier pieces to dice of to top) and add a touch of extra virgin olive oil 6) Throw in semi-cooked rigatoni and cook until desired consistency. 7) Finely chop green onions and crunchy pork belly pieces to top and finish with pepper!

Honestly I was trying to pay some bills and had your video playing, but when your Dad started talking, I stopped everything and listened intently lol No shame in using a Microwave Oven, you can make amazing meals just using that method. A lot of small apt dwellers don't have a stove or oven! If you haven't done it already, I'd love to see you three make the perfect Burger!
