Mutanus is a Murloc. It's the last boss in the WoW dungeon called Wailing Caverns. You encounter him after you kill all the Druid bosses, then escort the Druid NPC to the summoning area to wake Naralex from his nightmare. During the channeling you encounter 2 waves of adds, then from the nightmare you summon Mutanus. Upon defeat of of Mutanus, Naralex wakes up, both Druids turn into bird form, and they fly out of Wailing Caverns together.

High minion quality + nalaa is really good. I gotta stop underestimating nalaa so much.
