If you can get your hands on mushroom sauce please do! pretty sure they're available in most grocery stores! They're a perfect substitute for oyster sauce (which is a key to authentic flavours of soooo many Thai dishes) but vegan!

Absolutely loving these videos, Thai is hands down my most favourite food, you seem so much more settled this trip as well, I suppose it's because you really decided officially you're travelling, tied up loose ends, sold stuff and jumped in with both feet, it's so lovely to see you so content, you're so brave Julia, you should be really proud of yourself, if you ever call over to Ireland hmu, come stay with us 🙂

Anyone, does Julia ever answer any comments? If so, Julia dear -- where did you get your yellow apron, I love the style! Also the towel thing you dried your hair with, is it a special design? How would I find one like that on Amazon, what's it called? I see you're enjoying Thailand!

The apron I bought on Etsy a couple years ago. It’s actually a large kids size because I was scared the adult ones would be to long lol! But unfortunately I don’t know the shop I got it from anymore! I’m sorry 😞 As for the towel it’s not a special design I thought I was buying a special hair towel but it’s more like a long T towel so I just figured out how to wrap it around my head lol
