It'd be pretty cool to see Steve do a spin-off with Garcia like Jean Paul's Duck Camp Dinners :-)

Yeah there is no need to buy meat in the stores, there are all game animals that are great and an easy way to fill the freezer and it saves you a lot of money.

What Steve said right before was pretty damn funny. You could see Eduardo chuckle a bit and then he got deep. I really like this pairing of personalities and skill sets.
Honestly this is probably one of the best episodes ever. Id like to see steve and eduardo colab on some hunting and fishing!! And of course cooking and eating!! 🔥

Your telling me a guy with a hook sailed the 7 seas??? That guy was born to be a pirate
These two are two peas in a pod. Such mellow-esque personalities.
Meat eater crew, I’ve been watching a long time. For what it’s worth you’d be doing a wonderfullllll thing to keep chef Garcia coming back for more episodes.

Loved this episode! Eduardo and Steve’s personalities went together like smoke on a duck breast, would love to see him on future episodes.
By far one of the best episodes of all, the cooking and vibe was dope with Eduardo. You guys def need to do another episode together
Seen this episode like 4 times. Never gets old. Only hungry.
This guy is totally in his happy place, he cant stop smiling. It is inspiring to see people so passionate.
Yes, I've been waiting for this collaboration for a while. If anyone hasn't seen Eduardo's movie "Charged", I highly recommend it. It documents him going through his accident and his recovery process. Really hoping to see a hunt with these two.
I can see the sadness in his eyes, looks like cooking really helps this gentleman.
Need to see more of Chef Eduardo

I appreciate Eduardo Showing Steve some very old school Mexican cooking techniques. Simple yet very effective for making great tasting food.
Great episode, Chef Eduardo really has a passion for food!
Garcia needs to be on the MeatEater crew. Two guys with vastly different upbringing but brought up in the same world of hunting.
Steve is the Anthony Bourdain of the outdoor/hunting/fishing world. Deep pockets of cultural experience. I love it.
Holy shit! So much respect for chef Garcia re his accident, dude is a survivor, I would be honored to have a meal with him!
Eduardo was wonderful. More of him please.
Love this! Garcia is an absolute treat and he cooked some really awesome looking food. I could watch them talk all day, haha. 10/10 episode!
Just realized I had a smile on my face through the whole episode. Thank you! It takes a lot to get me to smile.
Tongue is probably the most underrated piece of meat in the US... mesquite smoked beef tongue with just some adobo is by far the best thing around.
What I love about hunting, is finding recipes where I can use the game I’ve got. And I love good food. And hunting makes it taste so much better.
That gathering the essence of passing smoke line was legendary!!!
Awesome show! Simple & complex on the tongue though. I will suggest this channel & Chef Garcia of Charged Film & Montana Mex. Outstanding!
Love the vibe of you guys. Please do more of this with Eduardo. I’m a huge fan!!!
Yes finally my favorite cooking special out of all of them
this was a great video. Great chemistry between these two on screen. Quality chill music choices as well. Good work!
Love it...really enjoy seeing Eduardo Garcia with you cooking. Love the ideas and knowledge y'all share.
I found out about Chef Garcia only today. Amazing person. "Work with what life gave you". Steve as always bringing the absolute best content. All my friends are out on a Friday to either a pub or a club and I'm here at home watching Meat Eater over a cup off tea.
Been watching a while and I love the show. This was one of the best episodes. Loved Chef Garcia and his knowledge. Nice work guys! It looked delicious.

10/10. I really appreciate how Steve features different people showcasing their talent and experience. Mr. Garcia obviously has a deep connection with nature, food, life, and the human condition, much like Steve. I would love to see additional collaborations with this chef and more like hime from across our great country. Top notch gentlemen.
Steven has the best content anywhere. I can't get enough. Eduardo Garcia just makes it better. I can recall first seeing him on Food Network.
Wow! Amazing for so many reasons. Thank you!
What a cool guy. One of my favorites on this show so far.
this was a great watch. best cooking special yet
Love this show and these guys seem like 2 of the coolest on the planet. Hate that I'll never get to hunt or hang out with them in this lifetime lol. Much respect fellas.
And I am learning from you guys! Well done Sir, keep it up with the tips on cooking good food.
Nothing makes me want to quit construction and start cooking wild game for folks like watching these guys. Love this stuff!
Would love to see more from Mr. Garcia. Such an excellent personality.
Absolutely loved this episode, I have got new ideas as well now. Made me hungry

Great teaching... Awesome production
Eduardo is a lord. Super easy presenter to watch, nice recipes, with a great life philosophy to boot.
Respect to Eduardo. I've seen one of his videos recently and I was hoping to see him with Steve in a video... and here it is.
Great episode, could go for more of you two collaborating .
One of my favorite episodes
Great collaboration! Personalities and food!
Amazing duo here.
Eating tongue is “in” now. Growing up with grandparents who went through the Great Depression, eating tongue was a normal part of my life and I’m 35. Needless to say when I brought tongue to college in the early 2000s, my roommates had some things to say. Then I made sandwiches for them….
This guy is legit I’ve seen the smoked salsa video before so nice. And to know he’s a fly fisherman just proves he is the man.
This guy is so pleasant, more please!
Always enjoy your shows
Good stuff as always Steve !
Favourite episode yet
Not the first, nor the last, in which I cried. Not even for some big thing, this one just hits home.
Love this dude, saw him first on Sam the Cooking Guy many years back…what a story
