Keep up the good work, fun to watch. I'm going to watch it twice, at two times speed, that way I'm getting the full experience with twice the knowledge. That's how I like to pretend it works, at least. If I can follow at two times speed, maybe I can work a food truck one day. Haha

Cool video! Can you compare the taste of elk sausage to something? Might have it's own unique taste... I'm really curious.

It is jalapeño & cheddar infused inside the sausage with Elk meat and a little bit of pork for juiciness. Hard to compare but, I would describe it as a spicy, cheesy, sweet & savory sausage with a lot of depth. Thanks for the Support!!
