Persimmon is one of the autumn fruits that grows in Gilan. This is the most orange fruit you will ever see! 😂 Its taste is excellent and it will be one of the best choices for preparing a homemade fruit cake!
Ronaz also chose to use the persimmons that I picked from the forest to bake the cake, which I think was a very good choice!
This persimmon cake was one of my mother's best homemade cakes, which I enjoyed participating in baking and eating!
