Actually, Andrew's method to coupe with stress is really functional. And is a method to manifest things. If you are overwhelmed by the thoughts in your head, talking about them or journaling helps you. You are putting them into the world, which gives you a different perspective. An option is also to record yourself, which is what I do. And after 30 minutes of saying things out loud, you feel more balance. In addition, you can read/listen to yourself again to understand your line of thought and the place you were at the moment, and catch things that might be helpful. So, yeah, Andrew has a point.
