I think the meatballs were overcooked because you wanted the broth to be thicker. Next time, let the broth getting thicker and put the meatballs on top of it, they only get tender with the steam from the broth. Don't forget you were cooking in a tagine.

100% agree and add a little bit of tomato paste before adding the meatballs for an uniform sauce.

I enjoy see you cooking moroccan food. I followed your trips in Morocco and now also in the US. Your videos reminds me to my first steps when I was 18 years old, alone without family and without nothing in Germany. And when I was hardly confronted with the german food and I always knew only moroccan food. So I began to try to cock what my lovely mother used to cock in Morocco, given the fact that I couldn’t find all those spices I knew from Morocco, the results were sometimes more than horrible I studied computer sciences here in Germany and made my career, I traveled the whole world, but I always miss Morocco, it is in my heart in my blood. Now After nearly 40 years in Germany I meanwhile cook like a professional and I cook everything from all over the world but the moroccan food is something special and always on the top. Whenever I remember something from my childhood I cook it. That’s why I enjoy your videos and also your mindset and this apply also to your family. Many thanks, Beslama

But never give to them because they will make a big fight in that house. Next time when you cook the tagine of all kinds, just let the broth a little bit thiker because there is a lot of the broth in the tagine you can swim in it 😂

I notice that each one of the familly is eating in his own dish !! In so doing you break the tajine spirit. Remember that eating in one single tajine is aimed to gather people aound it and to creat competition with the "barakah" ( blessing power). It's not surprising that you were not able to finish the whole meal. 🤣🤣
