Jaiden didn’t actually do a burn the apple pie percent, she just came up with the idea while doing all gold

jaiden really just pioneered an entire speed run community, I've seen alpharad deluxe play mario maker, get wr, and have it immediately optimized, but this is another level

I have a macro to raise my mouse DPI, so I set it higher, and then set it lower for the rest of the run. Saves my wrist from dying after 10 attempts.

I wonder if anyone have ever tried this on actual hardware, having a high dpi mouse really works wonders on this kind of run.

This is still impressive, but its a separate run from Jaiden's.

The fact that Jaiden made such an impact is amazing. I love this. It's hilarious but also genuinely think it's cool to see.

Some parts can be fastened if you actually dont do anything and just let the thing fail. On the stove step you can see a green area on which you need to mantain the diamond for the remaining time. Its faster to fail and keep going. The game will let you go to the next step even if you screw the previous one. If it was an "only perfect" category that would be different.

@@ham1847 Emulators are allowed for world records? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I'd think that you can chance some things behind the scenes to help out that cannot be caught by judges.

@@Auke1993 that makes no sense. How can you fake that stuff? All he did was change his DPI (aka mouse speed) during the speedrun. Cooking mama isn't exactly something you can cheat on, it's all (in this case) mouse movements
