Cooking Kimchi Jjigae with Steamed Egg in Electric Lunchbox!
Cooking some good Korean food in the electric lunchbox! Just a quick disclaimer, this is not the authentic Kimchi Jjigae! This is something I put together with what I had in my fridge lol.
Don't forget to leave a comment on what you want to see me cook next!
Also I recommend following this recipe for korean eggs since mine kind of came out weird... lol

Hi love the video ! What is the red stuff you shook in? So I can search and buy it ha! Can’t wait to make this
how itaki hasnt sponsored you yet is beyond me
Haha man.. I’m Korean and my mom made this soup all the time with her homemade kimchi !! I was watching this video and just craving it because I rarely eat it anymore and now it makes me want to buy the Itaki and cook my own kimchi jjigae!! Also so funny, literally like 2 seconds before you said it, I was thinking “man this soup is missing tofu” and then you said it yourself! Haha that just made me crack up. Keep up the good videos!
Your videos make me happy.
I am loving these videos your doing with the electric lunchbox. I will subscribe just in hope you make more of these electric lunchbox videos 😍😍👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 you can do a live electric lunchbox Q&A while your waiting for it to cook 😁
Thank you for making this video, it's a life saver! I am a university student in which the university won't let their student to have any cooking stuff in the dorm (they want the student only to buy food in the cafe...)With this lunchbox, I actually can say to them this is just a heat up lunchbox 😂😂😂😂 A stealthy cooker equal to a ninia.... Ninja mini cooker!
I always get hungry when you make cooking videos
Someday I'm going to try to make the food that you make in these videos, 10/10 DaBoki

Thanks for making these videos! I was curious about how cooking with the electric lunch box worked but there weren't very many videos. I appreciate that you took the time to experiment and upload!

You really are enjoying your meals and im here all hungry and all and then i go to my kitchen and there is like “Bread and peanutbutter”
those drunk bloopers loool
Yay I’ve been waiting for another electric lunchbox video! I was inspired by you and bought one recently and can’t wait to use it. And don’t worry, I’d be off my face too if I had one of those sangria pouches. 😂😂 Could you maybe try a pasta dish or some sort of casserole/stew next?
I was looking up electric steamers and such and then came across your videos! I had to get one. So I did and omg it is awesome, seriously why are these not in America more?? I want to start my own electric lunchbox series with a twist, original fun recipes and have it in VR180 since my channel centers on VR content. MUCH credit will go to you for inspiring my new series! You're the only one so far that I know who is doing vids for an electronic steaming lunchbox with great detail and enthusiasm.
I bought 2 of these things because of you and I LOVE them. One for my office and one for home. Used to be me getting hungry smelling the coworkers food, now they're coming in asking me what I've got going on in here.
I literally saw this video once and paused in the middle of it because this video made me want to eat Kimchi jjigae too much. I went to the korean mart during the snow storm, made myself a freakin bomb kimchi jjigae, ate it twice. Then finally I was able to turn on this video and finish it without drooling.
Another great recipe using your ‘electric lunchbox’! Soup & rice looks delicious. The eggs looked to be a bit out of place...but you definitely made them go well together at the end! I really enjoy your videos, especially when you cook with the electric lunchbox (it’s so cute). Great job, again!🤗

I love this series, too! Also, in Korean restaurants, especially K-BBQ, they serve steamed egg like this with the meal as a side dish. So not too weird and maybe it's too help dilute the spiciness of the soup?
This looks so yummy! Thank you as always for sharing your recipes!

Wholesome amazing homey personal content
I made this tonight with pork, radish kimchi, and bone broth and did the egg with fish sauce. Paired it with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It was DELICIOUS.

always glad to see a new Daboki video on my feed
I'm sure your girlfriend is really proud of you!! LOL Just bought one for my husband. Hoping he loves it as much as you do. So cool that you use it so much. Love watching your videos.
Hi Daboki! I recommended mac and cheese the first time you started these videoa and I hope you do this more.. so instead of mac... can you try to make stuffed cabbage? Or stuffed bell peppers? Or even homemade dim sum!

@@TheDaBoki no worries. I just had to look them up because I wasn't familiar with those two items. I ran right out and bought them and enjoyed my own version last night (and will again for lunch today)! I love my little electric steaming lunchbox and I need lots of recipes. The hardest part I find is figuring out how much water for steaming vs water for rice.
Daboki you just amaze me with how to split things in half :P do share some candy someday because im sure it will be 50 50 XD! Oh well, thanks for the video as always! happy to watch it and it looks so delici!
I love it when you cook!
Don't scare jonathan like that great video david it's always a good time
I bet this would be great for dorm cooking and for people who live in small trailers especially with the tiny house movement this would be great for a single-serving meal or put you out for you and then someone else who might want to try a different very nice product
Saw Daboki playing pathfinder, tried it out, and now it's my highest level character. :)
I just got one for Christmas. Since this worked pretty well, you should make an easy recipe for doenjang jjigae!

If you take leftovers to work, where do you place the lunchbox so the food won’t go bad?? Is it safe inside a fridge?
Dude you make me hungry it looks so delicious
Ya thanks, it so helpful to me
how are you suppose to use the egg holder in the itaki pot? Do you set it directly into the water where you normally set the large pot
I just found out, your mom must be korean lol. Because my parents who are also korean, told me the soup MUST be on the right side. if it's on the left, it's when you give offering to the dead people. Like how you can't put chopsticks sticking up in the rice bowl since that too is only done when giving offering to the dead people. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for making more lunch box videoes. Mine finally arrived and I use it at work almost 3 times a week making small lunches.
I love these series. Where can I buy this electric lunchbox? I do not have a microwave at work so this would be perfect!
Why don't you continue this series? It's amazing!!!
two things i love.. maplestory and cooking yes please
You should definitely put some oyster sauce in that egg. SO BOMB.
I like a link for the sangrida in pouch
I didnt know you had a youtube channel damn. Just came after your stream
Please try cooking stew with the lunchbox
Hello. Could you please tell me how much electricity would this use in a week? i would use this at home. I was wondering if me electric bill would o up a lot. Thank you.

Would u share the recipe to the kimchi jjigae pls. I only catch the gochujang, what are the other seasoning?

wahoo :D time to pull out my itaki lunchbox again!
Can you please, please make Gamjatang soup! I just bought my own cooking lunch box and that's my favourite korean soup!
For the soup on right and rice on left thing I think it comes from korean tradition/superstition. I believe it's something like when you do the ceremony to honor the ancestors (제사) i think you put it the opposite way. At least that's what i was told
