Oo.. bawal ang balat sibuyas doon. Kapag hind nilai gusto ay talagang sasabihing ayaw kasi ganito ganyan. Sa mga pilipinong sanay sa diretsahan ay walang problema pero marami ang parang thai na sobrang balat sibuyas.

Next time gawin mo naman Pork and Chicken adobo para naman mayroon variety. Masarap din pag nilagyan mo ng oyster sauce ang adobo para mas lalong malinamnam. Another favorite of mine is Pork Schnitzel. Good job. Keep on truckin'
