Food looks amazing ma sh Allah Maliha may Allah swt give u full shifa La ba's tahoor in sh Allah And may Allah give u a pious child And just a little advice from me You don't have to take it But please dont rely just on pills for anxiety Take it if u have to u know best if it will help u for some time. But dhikr especially third kalima is AMAZING for anxiety its tried and tested for me because I deal with this myself. And just making sure you're doing extra prayers and asking from Allah swt more and more. Also talking to a therapist is REALLLLLLY important make istikhara and ask Allah to help you find the BEST one for YOU. They will teach you all about mindfulness and other techniques u can use. Please dont suffer alone there is SO much help out there. Anyway thank u ladies for sharing your personal struggles with us MAY Allah swt ease all of your difficulties and the difficulties of the whole Ummah of Rasulullah SAW
