Cooking in a semi-truck: Herbs with Herb [Ep. 2] Corned Beef and Cabbage

Just because you're out on the road doesn't mean you can't still enjoy a homemade meal. In our second episode of 'Herbs with Herb,' Herb and special guest Nichole prepare a homemade corned beef and cabbage dinner so you can ditch the truck stop and save money. Nichole and Herb mention additional tips on how to cook other food in a semi-truck, so you'll be ready to dish up a homemade meal for a whole fleet of drivers. It's a good thing i don't get motion sickness, or this much camera movement would make me lose MY corned beef and cabbage all over the place.

Im very disappointed with Schneider been talking with a recruiter since beginning of March he told me to apply for there paid CDL training so I did he called back and said everything looks good on my app and I’m approved for there training and all I have to do is have my CDL permit. I called him once I got my permit and he said they canceled the training but since I’ve already been approved I’ll still be able to go to there training he set a date for April 22. I waited this whole time turned down other trucking companies bc I wanted to work for Schneider just to call a week ahead of the 22 to him acting like he had no idea what I was talking about. Now I’ve been 2 months waiting on nothing, why couldn’t he have called and said you won’t be coming so I could’ve moved on to another company. My view on Schneider is not that great now.

Hi Chris. We're sorry for your experience. This does not reflect who we are at Schneider. The recruiter should have notified you regarding your eligibility in the program and communicated any updates. It's our expectations that recruiters provide timely, accurate information and represent our core values of Integrity and Excellence.
