There are usually special pots to be used for cooking the Ugali, fufu etc. Those thick stainless steel pots. I'm sure you'll come across a small one someday in the shops to use just for those. They don't make the under burn too much and will cook it into perfection. I'm in the states, otherwise I'll have sent you some of the one I use here. Goodluck to new beautiful beginnings, you too!❤

I live in Canada and we have so many African stores here and as an African, l still love my African foods even after living here for over 20 years. I always buy the big bags for corn meal here and a whole bunch of other African foods. Try googling African stores and see. Love you guys…..♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hi liz,you can get skuma in tesco or ASDA.they are labeled as spring greens. Also for the maize flour ,you can get it in rhe indian cash&carry shops they have it in up to 10 kgs. All the best in your settling and much love
