Cooking Eid Special Hyderabadi Biryani for the first time 😍| Cooking Challenge
Eid Mubarak FoodFam, Finally with the help of Papa Chef I am attempting to cook Hyderabadi Biryani all by myself! Cooking this dish was challenging!

Biryani Ingredients : (For 20 people)
Basmati Rice 2kg
Chicken 2.5 kg
Onion for Golden Fry- 400gm
Ghee- 500gm
For Rice Boil
Basmati Rice-2 kg
Water- 4ltr
Cardamom- 6 pc
Cloves-8-10 pcs
Cinnamon- 4-5 pcs
Shahjeera- 4 gm
Meetha atar- 8-10 drops
Salt- Little more in taste
Ghee- 2tbsp
For Chicken Marination:
Chicken- 2.5 kg
Curd 400gm
Garlic Paste-2 tbsp
Ginger - 3 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder- 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 1/2 tbsp
MInt Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Cardamom- 6 pc
Cinnamon- 4-5 pcs
Jaifal Powder- 1 gm
Meetha atar- 8-10 drops
Salt- Little more in taste
Onion Fried Ghee
Garam Masala-3 tbsp

I'm from Hyderabad , what u have cooked is looking like biryani with less spices, less red chilli and dry . Here it is different - good amount of red chilli power , flavour full rice with masalas and has moisture in it. Not to forget mirchi ka salan 😋
