COOKING EASTER CAKE (PASKA) l In Ukraine

Recipe for 1 portion (4 Easter cakes):
700 g of flour
3 yolks (or 2 eggs)
320 ml of milk
30 g of fresh yeast
200 g of sugar
0.5 tsp of salt
200 g of butter
vanilla - 1 tsp.
1 tsp of baking powder
Lemon zest (optional)
raisins, candied fruit (optional)

You can really see how the yeast "works" as you prepare those cakes. Butter, sugar, vanilla and candied fruit. You can't go wrong. That's a lot of work Yana, nice job. I like Artem's omelette, simple, something I can do. Nice vid.
