Sister sister, and smart guy are two of my favorite childhood shows. To this day I watch both along with Moesha and the Parker’s lol. This was a dream come true!!!! To see these two ladies on screen cooking together. The duo we always wanted🤎💖

Essence is SO consistent. I don’t know her personally but in all the things she says and does - she is consistently amazing. Tia, thank you for sharing with us!!!! #blessings

I love that Essence shared that she prays and says affirmations while she runs. My son and I do walking meditations often and I love to use that time for affirmations too! 💛

How on earth does Essence stay so youthful looking. My goodness. Shes always looked super young to me and still does. Amazing!

Love love love this commune. I’ve seasoned then roasted my spinach, in the oven uncovered, to get some of the moisture out, then top my dish with it for baking or such completion. Great Alfredo tip…. And I didn’t know that red sauce was considered a roux. Everything looks great.

Oh my goodness those meals look sooo divine and simple enough that even I’m able to prepare them. What I really love is,they don’t require a bunch of ingredients I’ll only use once. I watched these beautiful ladies grow from kids into beautiful accomplished women, and it’s just awesome to see the positive energy. 😊😊 Blessings to you both and everyone who sees this.
