Each of us has our own personal time machine to visit our memories. For my sisters and me, it's the dishes of our past, the carefree days with children, and the sounds of Tet holidays in our ancestral land.
Despite the simplicity of my grandmother's recipes, they teach us invaluable lessons about dedication, sacrifice, and the joy of cooking with a sincere heart. This journey has shaped us and taught us that: The love for tradition is the most essential ingredient in any recipe.
