Totoo yan.. mama ko ayaw kasi bata pa ko and the only girl in the family. pero papa ko lahat kami tinuruan mag init init muna ng ulam.. then assign sa akin pag init ng boil ng water for the takore then boiled some eggs for breakfast and baon.. then when a little older tinuruan dinagdagan assignments ko, aside mag init ng tubig, luto ng mag scramble eggs / sunny side up and saing.

He could have given a positive spin to his girls cooking. Instead of saying “not bad”, he could have said “pretty good “. He could add a little constructive criticism like “it could use a little bit of salt otherwise you girls did an awesome job. Well done!”” The girls were a bit let down and they tried so hard to make their father breakfast.
