I met your channel days before and started to watch some videos. Today I watched this one and was about my wife's favorite dish, beef tail. Here we call it rabada. Unfortunately I lost my wife and my father a year ago and since then my life is being very bad. I have a 24 years old daughter which suffer too much she mother's absence. I always were the cooker in the house, but the pain of losses turned my life into a shadow of sadness. Watching your video today makes me calm and happy and prone to start to cook again, to my daughter and all my family. And the first recipe will be beef tail with rice, beans, mash potatoes and some fancy green salad. I'm sorry for the long comment but I wish to thank you a lot. Salam aleykum!

I couldn't agree more. I learnt how to eat this after watching Alton Brown 25 some years ago, THE best of the fastest recovery soup during and after sick. Also, oxtail's skin is one of the best collagen source, should eat too. Cheers from Cherry Hill, NJ.

As a meatcutter for 50+ years my favorite meat of all time , so flavorful. Omg yah gotta try it, yrs ago nobody bought it, now it's $10 a pound. We used to pit 8 pkgs in the case an throw away 5 pkgs, had I known I woulda bought it all cheap.
