You can definitely do that! It's called sun tea.
I'm surprised how well it worked, but why not just use a real solar cooker instead, probably also better for your car

@@sowandtare Gets hotter, you don't have to heat up your car or find a good parking space, you can drive anywhere while cooking, plastics and electronics won't get overheated... DIY solutions are cheap.
