I love the simplicity of this.. just a casual more in depth part of your day instead of tiny snippets throughout.. love the style change super cool!

Recipe: Mix 1/2 red cabbage with 1-2 tsp of white vinegar and a drizzle of olive oil. Cut and coat the cauliflower with olive oil, honey and black pepper + salt. Fry the cauliflower on medium heat until browned and starting to soften. Prepare the side dishes for sour cream, mashed avocado, jalapeño, crushed tortilla chips and crumbled feta cheese. (coconut yoghurt and toasted cashews for vegans would be nice) Warm the tortillas and serve with lime, coriander, watercress, hot sauce and cherry tomatoes. Ingredients: Red cabbage Cauliflower White wine vinegar Olive oil Honey Salt/pepper Sour cream Avocados Feta cheese Jalapeno Tortillas Tortilla chips Lime Any additional toppings.

You forgot the granulated onion she put on the cauliflower. She said onion grans so I figured granulated onions 3:05 to 3:07

I really found this video great, it was so chill and entertaining at the same time. Perhaps you could film more of these as you are planning on cooking more often. Also a little tip; when you're holding a wine glass you might want to hold it from below (from this pillar it has) so as to not change the temperature of the drink and change its taste. You can cut the cork with a knife and put it back in, or use foil as a cork 😉

Flip the cork upside down to reuse it. Fill glass to widest part of it (not as high as you did) to let a red breathe a little. You might enjoy going to a tasting at a vineyard where you can learn more about wines and your personal preferences. Also, prime photography opportunity as most vineyards are pretty.

I loved watching Zoe instruct Poppy on how to make a taco! As a Texan we eat Mexican food at least twice a week and fajitas is one of my favorite things!!! 😋🌮🌯

Karolina Xox the spoon thing is a European practice that was supposedly supposed to help keep an opened bottle of champagne bubbly for later.... the myth has been debunked. It doesn’t work, but people still do it out of habit

Karolina Xox avoid putting red wine in the fridge, white wine in the fridge with rose but red is room temp. Fun fact that’s why you’ll see people holding white wine by the stalk of the glass so the hand heat won’t warm up the glass but with red wine they hold it by the bowl of the glass as it’s already room temp.

You can flip the cork over so the bit that was in the wine to begin with is facing outward and then you are able to put the cork back in, as the only part of the cork which expands when you remove it is the part where your opener stuck into.

I've already started the 30days challenge because of school. I already feel 100 times better❤

Hey Alfie! As a pro wine drinker I have one tip for you. If you're opening a bottle just for yourself -which is usually the case for me- and you dont have toppers just get some tisue paper curl it up and stick it in the bottle tightly 😅

Try it in little bits especially red with food. That helped me get into it and now it’s my preferred drink along with gin and I used to HATE gin

Lol you can just put the cork back in the other way around! You can do that with all wines except Prosecco and Champagne. Also, a couple red wine suggestions if you're looking for bold flavor without too much of a full body and dryness, I personally really love 12 e mezzo Primitivo del Salento as well as the Red Schooner Voyage 6. I'm not very big on reds, but I have a new found appreciation for them because of those 2 wines. I hope you can find them and if you do, enjoy!

If you don't have wine stopper, you always can cut from sides of cork so it is like a pencil tip and then stick it back in the bottle.

And it was such a fun night that alfie knocked out and forget to close out the vlog 😂. We get it. But the 30days thing is so cool... Im willing to loose some weight at least for my wedding and I've been eating healthy & working out this week and will continue till November i guess... And my wedding is in November .. 😍❤️.

I use the app Vivino to help me pick wines. It makes it so easy!

You can use the same cork from the bottle of wine as a stopper, just turn the cork upside down. It works almost most of the time, except if it’s a sparkling wine or champagne.🍷
