I stumbled upon her when she was at 10k 🤩 she was doing cooking videos and I think she didnt have many commentaries, when she did the increasing my sice tolerance series, she blew up, I think the video that also blew her up was the thai chili flakes at noodles and the 3 man attempting a burger full of carolina reaper sauce with commentary. She was the first shorts youtuber that i saw blew up, then I also discovered Ian boggs at 10k but I think he was already famous at tiktok at that time

Good on your sears and a perfect rare. To get cleaner cuts make sure the wagyu is thoroughly chilled or frozen first. Fat doesn’t freeze rock solid which is why you’ll be able to cut through it with ease. Cleaner cuts equal more even cooking. You have improved so much this last year

Wagyu is not made to be anything more than rare. I’ve tasted the difference of wagyu from well done to ultra rare, rare is the perfect place because of all the juice and the way it melts. Anything that was higher than rare just felt worse and didn’t have the juiciness.

If we really want just the beef flavor, salt and pepper is more than enough. I know cuz we make beef soup at home sometimes during cold weather (using the meat, not the bones). For those having higher blood pressure, we use less seasoning. I'm an Indian btw. We make different types of beef dishes with different levels of seasoning where I am from.
